Wow, what an amazing two months we’ve just had at Tellyo. September and October have undoubtedly been the most satisfying in our short history.
We’re now back at our HQ. The dust has settled. And we’ve been able to take a look back at what we’ve accomplished…
We’ve exhibited at some of the biggest conferences in our industry. We were runners-up in a startup competition in Monaco, while videos shared through Tellyo received more views than ever before. Last but not least, we’ve upgraded our office in Lodz which is now four-times bigger.
Three global conferences
In mid-September we were really proud to officially launch Tellyo at IBC 2016 in Amsterdam – the world’s largest exhibition centred on the broadcasting industry. Over four days we had the opportunity to showcase Tellyo to professionals from across media and entertainment. And we made the most of it. The positive reactions Tellyo received were music to our ears. It was simply amazing to see that all the hard work we’ve put in to our video editing and sharing tool had paid off.
After IBC, we exhibited at Soccerex Global Convention in Manchester, which brings together professionals from the football world. We presented our tool to marketers from top Premier League clubs who were impressed with the benefits it could bring to their teams. That gave us even more energy before the next conference.
Finally, last week we were at Sportel in Monaco, showing Tellyo to a broader audience of sports marketers. The feedback was fantastic yet again. Among all of the people we met we had immense pleasure to run a live demo for Albert II, Prince of Monaco.

Runners-up in the Sportel Startup Competition
Having entered the highly prestigious competition, organised by Deltatre, just a few weeks before Sportel, we were delighted when we received an email informing us that we’d been shortlisted. We were even more ecstatic when the judges put us into the final round, eventually awarding us the 2nd place. Having been extremely visible at Sportel, and having engaged with attendees, we were delighted to receive further recognition with our runners-up award.
More than 1.5 million views
Not only have we wowed conference audiences. We’ve also seen a huge increase in online views of videos posted through Tellyo over the same period. During September and October videos posted by our users via Tellyo have generated a record breaking 1.55 million views! Knowing that more and more people are benefitting from sharing social videos in real-time through Tellyo puts a massive smile on our faces.
Upgrade to our office in Lodz
Having upgraded our office in Lodz, Poland, we now have four times more space than before. More than enough to accommodate an expanding team as our business continues to grow.
The stunning building we’re now located in was built in the late 19th century and served as a spinning mill for its first owners.
Fully (and sympathetically) renovated, the traditional building now houses our modern business. Its industrial look is highlighted by timber ceilings and exposed brick walls, which we’ve mixed with colourful desks and chairs to boost our energy and creativity even further.
The new office gives us a massive space for expansion and improvement.
